I own a MacBook Pro and have been trying to find a way to use an Xbox One Controller. So far, none of the fixes I've tried have helped. Anyone have successful solutions? I need to play games like Rocket League while traveling. Thanks!

You can install Windows alongside another operating system using a bootcamp.

I've experienced this before; I used a counterfeit copy of Windows 10 and became infected, which made me stop using it altogether.

Save the ISO file from Microsoft here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software...ndows10ISO Install. You won't need a product key to play games or use the software—just a watermark appears. Next, visit Steam at http://store.steampowered.com/about/

I owned a 2015 Pro that I used for streaming, until my Surface Pro took over those tasks. There are a few apps that still functioned. At that time, I was playing DSIII with my Xone controller without any problems. The developer released two drivers—one for the 360 and one for Xbox One controllers—and both worked well for me. To have the Mac recognize me, I had to install the drivers (I did both). I shut down the Mac, connected the controller, then turned it back on. The first few links of a "Xbox one controller on MacBook" search provided the necessary drivers.
