I saved it from the official Microsoft site and transferred it to a USB drive using Rufus twice, once with Boot Camp installed. During the initial setup, the loading screen froze for roughly 10 to 15 minutes.

It performs reliably each time I've applied it across potentially hundreds of installations. It stops working if someone attempts an unusual action.
