I installed my Mac with dual booting and attempted to remove the alternative boot option, but it didn’t succeed. When I restarted, it consistently launched Gnu GRUB. I’m unsure how to operate Gnu GRUB properly. I tried using exit and halt, but those methods didn’t resolve the issue. My boot manager no longer recognizes my Mac drive, and the recovery assistant can’t access the space created after the previous boot. I’m seeking guidance. I attempted online recovery, but the only viable option is a full computer reset, which I’d rather avoid.

The command displays information about disks and storage devices available on the system. In recovery mode, it helps identify which drives are present, their status, and whether they’re bootable. You can then proceed with tasks like running fsck, marking them as bootable, or checking NVRAM if needed.

I can't reach recovery directly. Check the Apple support page for guidance. If you access recovery, the disk utility there could assist.
