I've just installed a new setup on a Gigabyte B450 Aorus Pro WiFi ITX motherboard with an M.2 drive and Windows 10 from my old system. The previous installation isn't showing up. It's an M.2 drive, not NVMe. Is that the issue? Any thoughts?

Ensure no drive letter is set. Verify with the disk manager.

The board supports SATA M.2 SSDs, yet the motherboard could be refusing to accept the drive because it already hosts an operating system. The Windows installer media appears to work as expected. It’s unclear why access is denied despite the OP being able to reach Windows.

Let me clarify what you mean. Could you provide more details about the issue?

I figured it out. Just needed to take the car out and put it back in correctly.
