You just got a new NVMe SSD and aren't planning to use it as a boot drive. After installing it, your PC went straight to BIOS and showed no available drives. Removing the SSD worked fine, but when you restarted in BIOS, your old SSD appeared as the boot option. After reinstalling the new SSD, it wouldn't boot again. It seems your PC is trying to access the new drive but doesn't recognize it properly. Also, you can't format the drive because Windows won't let you access it when the SSD is installed. What might be happening is that the system is struggling to detect or initialize the new SSD correctly.
