Hello, I was searching for a Caddy to swap in the Blue Ray player on an old laptop. I found a M.2 Caddy and wondered if it could deliver those speeds using a Sata Jack.

Only compatible with a SATA M.2 drive and SATA performance.
Unclear if it would work at any specific SATA level—possibly I, II, or III.
I don’t have any idea what the exact SATA level would be.
