For a DX9 title, either brand might be too much; it depends on your preference. For CS:GO, I’d likely go with a R9 390 or similar.

It's surprising how much better things perform on Macs compared to other systems. Running games in Bootcamp actually shows a noticeable boost, even though it doesn't fully utilize all hardware capabilities.
