Lowest priced multi-gigabit switch supporting 10Gb SFP+ connections.
Searching for an affordable, compact multi-gig switch with a minimum of two 10Gb SFP ports and numerous Ethernet connections. Flexibility in speed—supporting both 10Gb and 1Gb options—while keeping costs low.
I’m new to MikroTik, but those options seem ideal if budget matters most. Something like the CSS326-24G-2S+RM priced around 140 USD fits the bill. It includes 24 Gigabit Ethernet ports and 2 SFP+ ports, available on Amazon for about 123 dollars. Be aware it’s quite basic compared to a Cisco switch in terms of features.
We have several units in place. Although they are quite stable or dependable, they’re the most confusing piece of gear I’ve built. The reasoning behind the setup often doesn’t make sense, which can complicate provisioning or getting basic features to work. If it requires minimal tweaking, I’d still recommend using them.
