Lower frame rate in BF1 due to limited GPU performance
i own a bf1 it's an excellent game i purchased a few years back but i can't recall. since none of my friends had it, i didn't play it yesterday. my friend bought it because of the sale we downloaded it and tried to play it. we faced the worst issue—very low fps, around 15-20 fps during close combat. while i and my friend have powerful systems that run smoothly at 60 fps, this was the only problem we encountered. i searched everywhere and found many people with the same trouble. i reached out to support, they suggested some fixes but all options seemed ineffective. i opened my msi afterburner and noticed the game wasn't utilizing my full gpu power—it was only at 40% max. a screenshot taken when it ran at 90-100% usage showed the issue. i've been trying for about six hours without success. my pc specs are: cpu amd fx 8320, ram 8gb ddr3, 1600 mhz gpu, 1050 ti. my friend has a similar setup except for the cpu—amd ryzen 3 1300x. can you help?

I just set up Windows completely from scratch, but the issue persists. I don’t know what to do and the support team isn’t responding.
My CPU seems to be in the 50-70 range, but the GPU isn’t even at 70. The issue is that the game isn’t utilizing the full GPU power.
I quit and removed the game, but the support isn't assisting me—I didn't locate any useful resources.
