I believe the 1600 is just increasing automatically. However, 1.425v works fine for the first-gen Ryzen, but that’s near the maximum. For the 65c, those temperatures are perfectly normal. High performance mode will raise the voltage. Turn it off if you think it’ll help your CPU.
