This problem seems to occur frequently across the game, possibly linked to the graphics card you're using, rather than being isolated to one instance.

Seems to be a game-wide issue. I don't know if it was really noticeable in the video. YouTube compressed it pretty badly. The Shadowplay original is much clearer.
