Low GPU and CPU consumption in GTA5 Online

System specifications were detailed, covering hardware components and performance observations. The issue began during online play of GTA5, where frame rates fluctuated between 50 and 60 FPS depending on graphics settings. Various monitoring tools indicated high GPU usage, while CPU usage remained low. After adjustments and changes to system settings, some improvement was noticed, but overall performance still fell short of optimal levels.

I'm having trouble with the game. I used to reach around 300 with maximum settings, but now it's stuck at 150 fps on both low and high settings, even with 20% GPU and 50% CPU usage.

Hi,
Thank you for your reply.
I used ddu to reinstall the latest drivers. After doing so, everything functioned well, utilizing 85 to 90% of the GPU with about 150 fps. However, when I exit and re-enter GTA, it returns to normal. Also, HWMonitor is showing a stable voltage limit.

Are you wondering if this connection is connected to the idea that the task manager indicates the GPU engine is GPU 0 - a copy?

Hey Adrian. If I'm understanding right, you're still dealing with this issue? Yeah, I'm in the same situation as you and I'm really struggling to solve this GTA5 problem.
