Low frame rate yet impressive hardware performance
I'm experiencing a low FPS issue with Watch Dogs 2, around 45, while other games like GTA V and AC IV run smoothly at about 100 FPS. My system specs are: CPU Intel Core i7 6700 3.40GHz, MOBO Gigabyte B150-HD3, RAM Avexir DDR4 1600MHz, 16GB, GPU Galax GeForce GTX 1060, and PSU 700W 80+gold semi-modular. Watchdogs 2 demands attention and has faced its own set of challenges since release. It doesn’t rank among the top performers in comparison to other titles. Much like Mafia 3, it offers a unique driving experience—though the visuals don’t quite meet the expectations for performance.
It's tough to play this game; GTA V was our thing years back.

Activating 'Temporal Filtering' significantly improves speed, while turning off or lessening shadows and reflections makes the experience much better. Give it a shot!
