Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Consider trying to remove your GPU drivers using DDU and then reinstalling them manually with the newest drivers from Nvidia's support site. Run the installer as an administrator to see if it makes a difference.
Test another title and check if the problem continues.
When sharing troubleshooting threads, it's good to provide full system details. Please list your specifications clearly:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Include the age of the PSU along with its make and model.
Do you have a BIOS version for your motherboard?
