Hey, I see you're having trouble hitting over 55 fps on Metro Last Light. When VSync is off, it can jump to higher frame rates, sometimes between 1 and 120fps, with screen freezes. With VSync enabled, you get around 55 fps. You mentioned checking benchmarks online, but they were set to higher levels than what you're using. Your old RX480 managed 60fps, so maybe your hardware or settings are limiting things. Could be a GPU limitation or driver issue—checking those might help.

Apply MSI afterburners overlay. Verify CPU and GPU utilization. Ensure all temperatures are within normal ranges.

What is the CPU and how much of it is being used? It seems like the CPU might be a limiting factor, since Metro prefers strong processors.
