Hello everyone. My setup includes an i5 3570k at 3.4 GHz, 8GB RAM, an RX 570 graphics card, and a P8Z77-V motherboard. I play Dota 2 and CS:GO, currently running in wingman mode for CS:GO with FPS around 160. Video settings are set to low.

Your computer seems to have a lot of applications open, and it might be struggling with storage space.

It's reasonable to say 160 frames per second works well for a stock 3570K in CS:GO.

Think about it, the I5 3rd gen won’t hit 300 FPS in CSGO or Dota 2. Low RAM and slow DDR3 RAM will really hurt performance.

Using lower settings in this mode, the I7 2600 delivers significantly higher FPS—around 230 to 260 frames per second—compared to other configurations.

The 2600 is a 4C/8T model, while the 3570K is a 4C/4T. The marginally higher IPC from Ivy Bridge won't compensate for the absence of hyper-threading, especially when running at normal speeds. In general, no matter the configuration, you'll likely remain CPU constrained in CS:GO.
