Hey, the Black Ops Cold War is running strong today. I’m stuck at around 45 FPS in multiplayer even after lowering the settings. The numbers stay the same no matter what I do. My rig has an i7-7700K, a GTX 2080 with AMD Radeon RTX 2080 AMP Extreme, and a few other parts from Gigabyte and G.Skill. It’s playing at 2560x1440. The CPU isn’t slowing me down much, but it’s maxing out. Any suggestions or tips could really help?

Other processes might be consuming additional resources, possibly affecting performance.

A few minor details were trimmed. The performance isn't close to the expected 90%. Still, checking benchmarks shows I'm not where I need to be. Current trends indicate modern warfare is advancing rapidly.

It sounds like things are stabilizing after a reboot. Using Blender or Unity now causes performance drops, but it seems to be improving. The motherboard was having problems that Gigabyte couldn't fix. Thanks for the advice—I think I should have rebooted sooner.
