I've been using Rust on a 1080p potato graphic setting, and it's averaging around 35fps. My system includes an Intel Core i5-9400F, a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650, 16GB of RAM. I'm aware my PC is old, but I'm wondering if it could run better. Do you think there might be any software-related issues?

When sharing a troubleshooting thread, ensure your complete system details are provided. List specifications as follows:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Include the PSU age along with its make and model. Also mention the current BIOS version for your motherboard.
What settings are active when the game runs? Have you attempted to run DDU in Safe Mode to eliminate all GPU drivers (Intel, AMD, Nvidia) before installing the latest driver from Nvidia's support site via an elevated command?
