During regular gameplay on my own, the FPS remains at 24FPS. But when streaming on Discord, it increases significantly to around 60FPS. This might indicate that Black Ops 6 isn't efficiently using the CPU, causing the GPU to be limited and CPU activity to rise. It's possible to force the CPU to run at higher utilization levels. The current power settings are set to Ryzen High Performance, which allows the CPU to reach its maximum (100%) during low and high usage.
I'm facing the same problems with my R7 5800x3D and RX 6700 XT. I've updated drivers, used DDU, reinstalled the game, but every time I load it back, my GPU usage jumps from 0% to 80-90%. This occurs when changing graphics settings to minimum or maximum. The issue seems to appear only in BO6. It's been happening with CP77 using RX ultra settings and maintaining over 98% GPU usage. Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated!
