Hi,
My frame rate is around 20fps with occasional drops to 0fps in Minecraft, especially inside the city area, and about 100fps outside those areas.
I’m using an MSI GL65 9SEK laptop, a 144Hz monitor, an Intel Core i7 9-9750H, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060, and 16GB RAM (10GB dedicated to Minecraft).
I have 23 mods installed, with one being OptiFine. Before this setup, I could reach up to 400fps even with around 23 mods.

I believe you should remove JavaCheck.jar from C:\Program Files (x86)\Minecraft Launcher\game, then configure the java executable to C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_301\bin\javaw.exe. The executables should be set with the specified parameters.

You configured various JVM options for memory management and garbage collection. To apply these changes to the executable, you need to adjust the command-line arguments or environment variables accordingly.

Click Browse and go to the directory you mentioned. Did you install Java 8 64 bit correctly?

When running that executable, it generates an error stating "could not create Java Virtual Machine"
