I receive 25-40 frames per second in GTA Online. Performance remains consistent whether I adjust settings or resolution. No impact when switching to SSD storage. Singleplayer delivers double the FPS compared to online. GPU utilization ranges from 20% to 65% (only during online play) and CPU usage stays between 45% and 50%.

System specs: Ryzen 5 2400G (3.6GHz, sometimes up to 4GHz) 16GB RAM-2x8 2666MHz ADATA ROG STRIX RX 580 8GB at 1680x1050 resolution (16:10). I viewed a YouTube tutorial on regedit settings that boosted FPS to 60-70, but after some time I experienced lower performance again. Please assist if possible.

Check if the game is running from a hard drive. If yes, consider defragmenting the drive.
