Hello, I'm having a problem with my PC: a Ryzen 7 1700 RX 5700 XT with 16GB RAM (currently running at 1333MHz instead of the intended 2666MHz). The ASRock X370 M Pro is working fine. My GPU sometimes doesn't perform well, like when I was playing Far Cry 4 a while ago—CPU and GPU were at 40%, but I was getting about 60 FPS on medium 1440p instead of the expected 200 FPS. Please help me fix this issue.

ram mentioned the issue with turning off VSync, noting the monitor is 240Hz and the photo was captured after about five minutes of gameplay.

Additionally, you attempted to run 3DMark with the GPU operating between 80-100% utilization.
