It seems unusual given the current resource levels. The GPU and CPU performance should still be adequate. Perhaps you could try:
- Turn off V-Sync in the game
- Switch to Display Port if your monitor allows it

Adjust all parameters to a minimal level while keeping the distance view prominent. If that fails, lower the resolution.

Open the video driver, delete the GeForce update, refresh the BIOS, install the chipset driver, monitor thermal and power settings on the card, and verify the game isn’t using a borderless window.
