Hi! The recent CSGO update seems to have affected your performance. Before it, you averaged around 300-350 FPS, but now you're seeing 200-275 and sometimes dropping below 200. You've tried low settings, cleared cache, reinstalled, adjusted settings, and even changed resolution to 640x480 without improving the numbers. It's possible hardware limitations, driver issues, or background processes are impacting performance. Consider checking your GPU health and ensuring no conflicting software is running.

Do you know how frame rates function? The smaller the gap between drawing a frame and the screen updating, the smoother it looks—especially in fast-paced games.

That's a joke question—250fps won't make him a bad player, right? 😄

He mentioned it? Did I repeat that? Where did it happen? It’s concerning to see reduced performance before an update that shouldn’t have affected it much—it’s similar to being upset if NVIDIA or AMD adjusted your graphics. Losing performance after a driver update is an issue, isn’t it? You’d want to understand what you’re dealing with. See what I said above.

It really doesn't matter. If it drops below 30fps, I get it—it's an issue—but your concern is that it's running at 250fps?

The typical frame delay decreased from 3.5 ms to roughly 5 ms, staying under your monitor's refresh rate and far below human reaction time. Ignore this if you have a 240 Hz display or exceptional reflexes.
