Your PC is still brand new, less than a year old. Over the past two months you've experienced low FPS in every FPS game. The machine you're using is an HP Pavilion Gaming 15-ec1001nk with these specs: OS - Windows 10 Home 64, CPU - AMD Ryzen™ 5 4600H (3.0 GHz base, up to 4.0 GHz max boost), 8 MB L3 cache, 6 cores; RAM - 8 GB DDR4-3200 MHz (2 x 4 GB); graphics card - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 (4 GB GDDR6). The low FPS issue began suddenly. You replaced the PC fans and it's not overheating; the graphics card tests fine. Likely a software problem, but you're unsure what's causing it or how to fix it.
