Components: Rtx 2070 armor i7-2600k with 32GB RAM at 1600MHz (DDR3). Reason behind this choice?

That’s a classic PC game running on an old CPU—probably something like *Doom* or *Quake*. It was played in low or medium settings to make it more manageable.

Rust performs well at a medium to high level, and reducing the settings doesn't affect the FPS.

Have you considered reducing the resolution? Your CPU seems excessively hot and may be losing clocks below 2 GHz.

The 2600K model operates at a very low temperature threshold, so it shouldn't exceed 72°C during operation. The processor should run at approximately 3.4 GHz. Verify that your CPU cooler is properly installed and consider applying fresh thermal paste if needed. Ensure the heatsink is free of dust and that the case provides adequate airflow, particularly through the exhaust vents.
