Hey, I just updated my setup to:
AMD Ryzen 7 3700X / 3.6 GHz Processor - AM4
ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING - bundkort - ATX - Socket AM4 - AMD B450
G.Skill AEGIS - 16GB: 2x8GB - DDR4 - 3000MHz - DIMM 288-PIN - CL16
Intel Solid-State 1TB Drive 660p Series - PCI Express 3.0 x4 (NVMe)
Nvidia GTX 1080-Ti
But I’m experiencing low FPS when playing games.
When I run titles like Anno 1800 and Snowrunner, I only get between 50-60 FPS.
I’m sure my system should handle higher FPS better.
Maybe some tweaks are needed on my PC?
Hope someone can assist me.

Consider reducing the game configurations and observe if frame rates improve. Although I don't play those titles, I can imagine their FPS would increase when running at 1440p with maximum settings. My 2080 Super could handle some games at around 80 fps in that resolution if I set high or very high parameters. For COD MW, medium settings seem necessary to maintain an average of 120 fps.

Did you modify the motherboard? If so, did you reinstall Windows?
What is your CPU and GPU utilization while playing games?
What is the current resolution you're using for gaming?

I also reinstalled Windows.
Resolution is set to 2560x1440.
CPU usage is at 20%, while the GPU is at 100%.

It seems like you're experiencing a problem with reinstalling Windows. Make sure to use the right drivers from the proper websites. Also, when the GPU is at full capacity, it's likely reaching its maximum performance limit.
