Low FPS

Hey everyone, I'm not sure what's happening with my PC. When I try to play CSGO, I only get a few frames and it keeps dropping below 20. I rebuilt the system to make sure everything was set up correctly, but it still didn't work well. I've updated everything recently, so maybe the latest AMD version isn't compatible with my old hardware. I also tried swapping in a GTX1050 card and using an older i5 6600K CPU, but the issue remains. Any advice would be really helpful.

Have you tried different games? Is the problem limited to CSGO or does it affect any highly graphical applications?

I haven’t experimented with other titles, though I ran FurMark averaging 68.3fps and Unigine Heaven at 111.5fps. I also tried a new CSGO install just to verify, but it didn’t help.

Played Valorant but faced the same problem—low FPS and extremely slow frame rate during practice.
