Your FPS stays around 30 because the graphics settings and shader complexity are limiting performance, even though you're using optimized tools. The CPU-heavy shaders might be causing the issue despite your efforts.

But the bottleneck is the CPU plus shaders, man—fps is barely there like in Arma 3

Minecraft shaders can push your CPU to its maximum performance, particularly when using high settings.

It is bottleneck but with my setup I don't get over 60 fps most of the time with seus ultra shaders. Mine craft isn't optimized to handle that

I also use this. Just Sphax 128x with the SOS shaders.

They require a lot of processing power from your CPU. It seems like your system might be limited. Minecraft can be unpredictable and often gives inconsistent frame rates.

shaders really impact every aspect of your setup, and the FX6300 might be the first to show signs of stress. if you commit 10 minutes, I'll check how Ultra and OptiFine perform at 4790K—though OptiFine isn't doing much well anymore.

It's due to Minecraft's rendering approach where you see 182 FPS initially, but moving forward reduces the frame rate to 20.

It's mainly due to 1.8, which is the simplest option claiming better performance but actually harms the game's overall optimization.
