Hey everyone.
I’m facing a consistent issue where my games display a very short draw range and excessive popping effects. I think my system is solid, but I’m not sure what’s causing this problem, so I’m reaching out for advice. Recently I upgraded my GPU, added more RAM, and confirmed my hard drives are functioning properly, yet the issue continues. I’ve shared my specifications below and attached some clips for reference; any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Specs:
CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-9700K CPU @ 3.60GHz
Motherboard: MSI z390-A PRO ATX LGA1151
GPU: Gigabyte AORUS GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Elite 12g
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory (32 GB total)
Memory: WD_BLACK 1 TB Sn770 NVMe Internal Gaming SSD (Windows)
Samsung SSD 870 QVO 2TB (games installed)

Example videos:
Rainbow 6 siege (very poor performance in this game)
Paradise killer (background issues)
Diabo IV (mining gear in top left)
Diablo IV (knights armor on right)

In the settings for R6 Siege, what FOV setting you used affects the gameplay. A larger FOV makes pop-in appear closer, and the distance at which it happens decreases with a wider FOV. Regarding D4 and Paradise Killer, I can't assist as those games aren't available to me.
