Hey everyone! I'm facing an issue with my CPU usage. My I7-9700 has two cores in idle mode, but they spike to 100%—about 25% usage. When I check Task Manager, it drops back to normal (3-5%) after a few minutes, but then it jumps again after around 20 minutes. After installing Advanced System Care and using Performance Monitor, I noticed the "decompress" process uses 25% even when idle. It seems like something is consuming resources. I tried running Malwarebytes and antivirus scans, but they didn't help. What should I do?

I made the latest update and confirmed there was no change.
