Checking the current deals, I’m after a quick, budget-friendly single-player title. The latest line looks promising, though I’m still weighing it. If you’re open to options, here are some ideas:

Other suggestions (I’m not entirely sure about the prices in your area, but they seem affordable right now): Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, Far Cry 3, Blood Dragon, Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, XCOM: Enemy Unknown, Fallout: New Vegas, FTL: Faster than Light, Batman: Arkham City - Game of the Year Edition, Banished, The Walking Dead (Telltale Games), Sniper Elite III, Total War: Shogun 2, Dragon Age: Origins - Ultimate Edition. I also included a few others since I didn’t know your preferences. And yes, Spec Ops: The Line is decent.

Primarily focused on action and adventure titles, with limited interest in indie projects. My friend is a big fan of Isaac’s Binding series, so I might explore that. New Vegas could be intriguing, but after my Skyrim habit I’d rather skip Bethesda open worlds for a while...just seeking an engaging single-player experience. I wouldn’t bother with Assassin’s Creed anymore after playing 2, 3, and 4. I also own Sniper Elite 3 and am familiar with the Walking Dead storyline.

I really enjoy that game; its story is exceptional. It’s currently priced around $2.
