I purchased a ready-made PC from CyberPower (it’s true, I might have had a better option). Every time I power it on, the fans behave like they’re playing a game or an airplane preparing to fly. I opened the BIOS and tweaked some fan settings and adjusted the screws, but nothing helped.
During the initial boot, it's typical. If the fans operate at maximum speed even when the system is off, that could be a problem, but the description suggests the fan runs continuously during startup.
