My cousin's Dell Inspiron 3670 is super slow. It takes forever for apps and files to load. I think it has an Intel i5 CPU and 8 gigs of RAM, which seems okay. I guess it's too much software clutter. I know a lot about fixing computers, but not so well with the software stuff. She gets mad and even snaps if her computer is running slow. Do you guys in Fort Worth or nearby have people who can speed up machines by clearing out programs? Any tips on software to get rid of junk files? Please help her, she's really upset. I'm done listening to her complain all the time. What should we do about this? Thanks everyone.
