Computers can be strange; sometimes the only issue is when the day ends with a "Y". More likely, it's about writing to the file and something unexpected happens.

It seems there was a mismatch between metadata and cache data. Windows and many media players often retain old cover art from the playlist database or thumbnail storage. Clearing these can resolve the issue by forcing the program to regenerate the entry. If it repeats, consider emptying the player’s artwork cache or the system’s thumbnail cache. This usually prevents it from loading incorrect covers.
