I'm experiencing extremely slow website loading times, often taking 12 seconds or more. After loading a site, it sometimes works normally but other times fails entirely. Changing DNS servers hasn't improved the situation. The issue disappears when using a VPN, but not when using the obfuscated server mode. A benchmark tool shows both my VPN off and VPN on connections have similar response times around 50 milliseconds, which is much faster than when disconnected. This problem has persisted for months, and I've relied on the VPN to avoid it. Problem Helldivers 2 frequently disconnects me when using the VPN, while without it I encounter long delays during gameplay. It usually occurs when caching, downloading, or randomly. Many sites and services become unstable or block traffic under a VPN. It would help if you could temporarily disable the VPN to see if that resolves the issue. Anyone have insights or tests to investigate this further?
This appears to be a Windows problem. Consider performing a network reset and possibly running SFC/DISM fixes, or even reinstalling Windows. Also, updating drivers from the manufacturer's site might help.
You're experiencing issues with NordVPN, and a network reset didn't resolve it. Since you haven't removed the app yet, there might be a workaround or additional troubleshooting steps you can try.
