What you currently have is near its limit unless it's an x79 board. An i7 with six cores would be an option, but they're very costly—you might want to consider a full tho.mobo setup instead. Also, don't waste time trying to force your GTX 1070; it won't help much.

A version similar to the 1650 V2 works well with two extra cores. You might also consider overclocking, perhaps using an i7 processor. However, I don’t know the motherboard you have. Also, what scenarios are causing performance issues? Your current setup is still quite acceptable.

The 1660, 2667, and 2687W v2 represent the top gaming CPUs for that system. They wouldn't drastically improve your setup. The 4930Ks and 4960Xs are comparable to the 1660 v2 and can be boosted, though they come with a higher cost.

E5-1660 v2 offers the quickest performance for that connector, matching or exceeding the original core speed. It seems recent chips using the same slot were built with greater overall processing power (more cores, though not always faster per-core) and larger caches.

Ok here is more info My pc is a z420 HP Workstation (so thats the motherboard) No i cannot get a new motherboard yet (as stated in OP) and i do not want to overclock
