He needs to sign in using your account on his computer, then navigate through certain options to let his games run on that machine. After that, within your account settings, you can permit his account to access your games. It’s a bit involved. The guide is quite helpful.

You may grant him permission to use your Skyrim version privately. Then he can enjoy it alone via Family Sharing. But if either of you is already in the library and he joins, or vice versa, you’ll be removed.
