Checking if it's safe to purchase Windows 10 keys from Kuin is a good question. Since you're avoiding high costs, make sure the site is reputable and secure before buying. Always verify the seller's reputation and use trusted platforms.

Look for what it's worth, I've done it twice, once last year and once just a few days ago and no trouble so far. First time I bought insurance, this time I didn't, both times you need to get your IDs ready (activation and installation, etc, there's a guide somewhere). Good luck, report back if it all works, your risk is very minimal in my opinion.

I purchase them from eBay, around £3.50 for Windows 10 Pro. No problems encountered, and I've bought more than 20 copies.

I purchased five units, and everything is functioning properly without any problems. Note: I had to call support to enable Windows remotely.

I’m putting together more PCs for friends, but we both don’t want to spend a lot on Windows.

I agree with you, I also have a Windows Server 2016 license for around $15.

These grey market keys come with inherent dangers. However, currently Microsoft prioritizes gaining market share over profiting from the keys. Should the US impose a ban on selling data collected by software, Microsoft may focus more on punishing those who exploit their products.
