I believe synthetic oil might not be suitable for your water cooled setup, especially in a high voltage environment where pump handling is critical. It could be too viscous for optimal performance. I’m considering switching to an air cooled or closed loop water cooled system instead.

Generally, water cooling is mainly about aesthetics, particularly when gaming is the primary focus. You'll find many 360 AIO models with advanced LED lighting if that's what you're after.
Video cards see even less advantage compared to the CPU, and the CPU would need to handle all core workloads. A 9800x3d can be effectively cooled by almost any dual-fan/tower air cooler, including the relatively affordable $35 Thermaltake Peerless Assassin 120.
Gaming also places minimal strain on the CPU, leaving you nearly entirely GPU-driven.
I’d opt to cut costs on CPU cooling and invest in a higher-end graphics card instead, though 5090s remain quite expensive.
I am starting to see my decision after reading much. I have now changed my setup for air cooling.
I’m considering a Ryzen 9950x3d.
I was planning to use an asrockX870E Taichi, but because of the damage to RYZEN 9 CPUs, I think a Gigabyte X870E Aorus Elite MMO might be better.

I believe this is the final choice, apart from a quiet mouse and keyboard plus a new 4k monitor.
Also, some Noctua 140mm case fans would be nice.
I don’t think the 5090 graphics card is worth its cost, so I’ll go with the 5080.
i am considering three options: one is switching to an AIO, another is changing the case formatting, and the third is choosing between a GeForce RTX 5080 ICHILL X3, a MSI GEFORCE RTX 5080 SUPRIM SOC, or an ASUS GeForce RTX 5080 Noctua OC Edition.
Cases are quite subjective. Ultimately, it's just a container for the components, and you end up with something offering solid cooling for under $100. Only you can judge what matters about the look—like glass panels and LED indicators.
Lian li offers a wide range of cases that consistently perform well in reviews and usually cost less than comparable models from other suppliers.
I believe I've chosen the NZXT H7 Flow or possibly the NZXT H9 Flow.
