Any suggestions? Let's keep it reasonable.
Welcome to the forums, newcomer! Anyone have suggestions - money a factor so lets not go overboardT What is your location? What is your preferred site for purchase? What is your budget set aside for a GPU purchase? To add, Speccy can't include the make, model and age of your PSU, nor the make and model of your case. Please include those two bits of information. wanting to upgrade graphics/ mother board process, the like so I can use ComfyUI On second thoughts, you should stylize your thread with info asked of in this thread; *How to Ask for New Build or Upgrade Advice* How to Ask for New Build or Upgrade Advice First off, respect where respect is due - this is an adaptation of the Animal's *How To Ask For New Build Advice* Sticky. I created this because there's a lot of posts nowadays asking for upgrade advice both on here and on the CPU forums, and I feel... forums. to help lend some context into your predicaments, which in turn helps the community chime in with worthwhile suggestions. Moved thread from Graphics Cards section to Systems section.
A better GPU is available based on your budget, power supply, and case capacity.
I aim to buy the necessary components to complete my project within the next month. Approximately 300 dollars for a graphics card is needed. My motherboard is limited to PCI 3.0, so even with a 4.0 card it will only operate at 3.0. I’m considering a CPU upgrade if required. The motherboard should be kept only if necessary—don’t want it becoming a full new system unless essential. The power supply I currently used was much larger than needed, so that should be fine. Monitors are in good condition; I have four 4K screens and they work well. The operating system is transferable, which is helpful. I have accounts at Newegg, Best Buy, Amazon, Walmart, and B&H, so options are available anywhere. I’m based in Rinwood, NJ, US. My goal is to be able to produce AI videos and images using ComfyUI. From what I understand, NVIDIA is preferable but a bit of ROCM work is acceptable for AMD. PNY GeForce is not clear on my part, but it depends on other upgrades if done. I need at least 8GB of VRAM.
List the model name of your PSU.
View your PC and check the model name on the PSU label.
Or upload a photo and share here.
Your choices are quite narrow.
RTX 5060 8GB or
RX 9060 XT 8GB
RTX 5060 needs at least 550W PSU.
RX 9060 XT has varying requirements from 450W to 550W depending on the model.
Uncertain sobre como subir imagen local. Tomé foto do PSU enquanto ainda tenho caixa EVGA 750BS (750W Bronze Power Supply).
Morando em NJ, EUA, então $300 é $300.
Não se esqueça que tenho PCIe 3.0 no processador, qualquer coisa mais alta vai ser limitada para 3.0.
Sempre há uma forma de resolver isso se tiver que começar do zero...

I discovered this preference for the requirements of comfyUI:
Here are the cpu's that your motherboard supports:

Taking into account the present price of ram, it’s wise to maintain your 32gb of DDR4 memory.
The 4gb of vram on your current GPU appears to be inadequate.
You might locate a B580 card for around $300:
