Hi, I purchased two distinct power banks for travel, but they both behave the same: they assume you're trying to charge your laptop when you actually want to charge your phone, and vice versa. Since the USB-C port serves both input and output functions, plugging a wall charger into it will charge either device depending on which one you connect. There’s no clear way to specify whether you want it to act as input or output. When I travel, I avoid bringing wall chargers and rely solely on my laptop for charging. In this case, I’m using a MacBook Pro 14" M2 (2023). If I can’t resolve this issue, I’ll need to carry an additional wall charger with me.
