The main clock speeds differ, and according to the experts, disabling XMP could impact performance. If you notice changes, you may need to replace your RAM.

The impact of the performance hit varies by game. Some will experience little change, while others might face a drop as high as 30% if memory settings are tight and the motherboard limits RAM to DDR4-2133. I suggested testing XMP settings on the slower stick instead of turning it off completely. This approach might resolve some BSODs, though we can't confirm it without trying. The next step would be to disable XMP and manually adjust voltage, speed, and timings to match the slower RAM. This isn’t as effective as XMP but will get you closer. Completely turning XMP off would be my final check to see if RAM is the problem, since other methods preserve more performance. BSODs can stem from various sources—any hardware or software component or even Windows itself could be responsible. Just experiment to identify the cause.

Both connectors maintain identical voltage levels at 1.35V

What nation? This seems related to Rams but you can confirm it by setting the CPU to 4GHz allcore (multiplier 40x) and Vcore 1.3v to fully remove the CPU impact. Then try Prime95 largeffts. Please share a screenshot of both Rams if needed, just in case they’re salvageable. If they don’t look salvageable, proceed with the upgrade. I wouldn’t suggest XMP RAM because of the messy random iics that won’t help reaching the 4400-4600 target. The chip is a 5700G with an disabled IGPU, so it should handle things well if the CPU IMOC is strong and you use good RAM.

From the Middle East, shipping from Newegg usually adds $30 or more for me. I’m considering purchasing this 2x16GB RAM kit: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07RW6Z692?psc=1. It would cost about $60 with shipping. Thanks for your assistance!

Choose the slowest clock and the higher CL in RAM BIOS settings. For instance, pairing 3200CL16 with 3600CL18 works best with an XMP profile; set CL to 18 seconds, secondary and tertiary values are generally fine, though some BSODs might still occur.

Do you know any sellers offering used OEM RAM? In my country they’re easy to find, and I can get 8GB sticks for just $8. A 16GB XMP kit usually costs around $30, and you can choose specific part numbers to get better performance and clear those 3200C16 RAM issues.

The 2x8GB RAM is pricier than the 2x16GB option available on Amazon.

If that's the only choice, proceed and trust in the outcome.

The cost gap between 2x8GB and 2x16GB is around $9, making it tempting to opt for 32GB instead.
