Hey everyone, I'm trying to boost my memory speed for my new PC. So far, it hasn't worked. I have an Asus Rog Strix B450-f gaming board with a Ryzen 5 2600 processor, which I set to 4.0Ghz in Ryzen Master. The RAM is Team Group Delta R, 2x8GB, 3000Mhz CAS timings (16-18-18-38). I've used DOCP and made manual changes, but the PC keeps restarting a few times and shows a message saying memory settings were reset to defaults because it couldn't load. I'm really new to overclocking and would love some advice or help. Thanks!

When testing RAM and CPU performance, sensitivity depends on whether you're using a CPU or RAM. You can measure this by checking which component causes the most issues. It means you can troubleshoot with just one part, not both.

It shouldn't be an issue to boost the CPU and enable DOCP for RAM. You might even be able to manually push the RAM overclock a bit more. Ensure the RAM slots are correct. When DOCP is turned on, the voltage should be around 1.35V. If you notice any errors, consider running diagnostics with Memtest or similar tools.
