Many uniform automated tools are used. The same applies to most PCB sizes.

Absolutely, I'm really focused on getting that laptop built!

This entire pc and motherboard industry seems confusing to me. It feels suspicious and the whole process sounds complicated. I’m not sure why soldering is so important or why only certain companies like Foxconn are involved. It doesn’t seem logical, and the more I learn about it, the more I notice that big names like Nvidia and Intel have been shaping these markets for a long time. On this forum, people don’t really understand how mobile motherboards are made, and when I ask questions they give unclear answers. The idea that mobile motherboards are expensive to produce seems unreal unless there’s some control over the market. In my experience, assembling motherboards isn’t that difficult—just remove the parts you don’t need and glue the ones you do, using firmware to activate everything. That way, you can build your own laptop. I’m curious why companies like Cyber Power PC don’t start from scratch for custom builds. From what I see, taking apart a GPU and attaching it to a board would just change its name slightly. My concern is that there might be some kind of monopoly or secret deal between Intel and Nvidia. This whole situation really doesn’t make sense.

The top choices I can suggest are Louis Rossman and Tronicsfix. Louis Rossman mainly handles apple-related issues, while Tronicsfix works on nearly everything.

Construct it step by step... There are PCBs, parts, and soldered wires involved. The videos show how it functions on a larger scale. If you don’t grasp them, dive deeper into the specific soldering technique they use—like this. If you still can’t follow, it’s not their doing. It’s your mistake. It doesn’t smell suspicious or look unusual. You’re not an undercover reporter exposing a major story.
