I wasn't expecting Forza to make the switch to PC, especially without wheel support and if it's just a partial version like Xbox.

Microsoft seems to misunderstand the situation. Despite their claims and focus on PC gaming over the years, they often release poor-quality titles. It's tough to stay optimistic when a publisher known for being harsh announces something, because you quickly realize it might not work well—like a game that's unplayable, such as Gears of War. This is Microsoft at its core: exclusive to an OS without any real reason, sold only through their store, stripped of features like racing games or mouse support. Plus, they have VSYNC issues, no SLI or Crossfire, and fullscreen only. All the while they claim they care about PC gaming, but it's been this way for a decade, and any changes will likely come slowly.
No way. Gamers who play PC have long urged Microsoft to make their titles available on PC, but the only updates have been a poorly optimized Gears of War release and a stripped-down, pay-to-play version of Forza that constantly interrupts with pop-ups demanding you buy fuel or tires—no matter what currency you use.
