I own this mini motherboard and this case, and I'm looking for options that boost Wi-Fi and Bluetooth performance. Recommendations for improving speed and stability.

Comparing speeds to what? Both operate at extremely short ranges and depend heavily on the devices they link to. Pure Bluetooth is simple, but it lags behind. Even the quickest connections can’t match USB 3.0 performance, which has multiple internal headers available. The high frequency also means antennas are compact. Using a 5.0 USB dongle and plugging it into one of your back ISB ports is affordable and straightforward.

Yes, you can use two dongles or USB antenna adapters to connect to your rear ports.

Yes. The Bluetooth ones work better than the WiFi ones and are much smaller, but both exist. There may even be a dual one that does both. the Bluetooth spec is a lot simpler than the WiFi spec though. For WiFi it helps a lot to know what the spec of WiFi you want to connect to is.

The Bluetooth devices perform reasonably well. I purchased a $6.99 model from Amazon. It functioned perfectly most of the time. Sometimes I encounter problems, but simply unplugging and plugging it back in resolved them. For better performance, consider placing it in a front port or nearer to the device requiring Bluetooth connection. From a WiFi perspective, it’s a mini ITX board, so you’d need either the ONE PCIexpress slot or a USB adapter.

Choose an alternative to a stick; opt for a complete WiFi hub that supports both USB and Ethernet connections.
