Hi everyone, I bought a battery replacement for my 2014 Razerblade about eight months ago to boost its power while I was on campus. The main battery that came with the system stopped working properly. For most of the time, the new battery has worked well without any problems. Recently, the connector that connects to the motherboard has started to loosen and won’t stay secure. I’ve tried using some 3M stick pads to help it stay in place, but this has caused the laptop to bulge in the back. I’m looking for advice on how to keep it connected without damaging anything. I’d love to give this laptop to my dad for his birthday this month. Thanks in advance!
