are you using wifi instead of a hardline connection? if you're on wifi, what frequency are you operating at? wifi typically performs slower than a hardline. most users likely achieve around 10-50 mbps on wifi unless they recently upgraded their router. if you're using a wifi modem, i don't know the exact settings—i usually purchase my own router and keep other devices like pcs, consoles, and smart tv hardwired.
A decent WiFi card and a functional router can match Ethernet performance, but poor quality devices hurt everything. For instance, connecting an Ethernet cable to my NAS gave me 350 Mbps down, while my computer only got 70-100 Mbps. I’ve heard worse before, so it’s important to understand your setup.
