I'm working on my PC and found the instructions clear. For your Steam Deck, you'll need to place the engine.ini file in the Windows folder under "Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor". If you need a Linux equivalent, let me know.
